• Any Active, Hourly, Line-Level CHM Team Member is Eligible to participate in the SPREAD THE WORD Team Member and Manager Referral Program.

• Any Active CHM Manager is eligible to participate in the SPREAD THE WORD Manager Referral Program.

• Team Members must Complete and Submit the SPREAD THE WORD form prior to their referral’s application date

• If your referred Hourly applicant is hired, and remains an Active Team Member 90 days from their start date, the Team Member that referred them will receive a $200 BONUS in the payroll processing period following the 90 day mark of the applicant

• If your referred Manager applicant is hired, and remains an Active Manager 180 days from their start date, the Team Member that referred them will receive a $200 BONUS in the payroll processing period following the 180 day mark of the applicant.

• You must be Actively Employed to receive the Referral BONUS

• Returning CHM Team Members (or ‘re-hires’) are not considered Referrals and do not quality for the SPREAD THE WORD Referral Programs.
